What is Rogues Like Us?
Rogues Like Us is a fast-paced hack-and-slash roguelite set in the land of Arventous.
Players fight constructs through dungeons built from hand-crafted sections and procedural generation, then face bosses and gather weapons, armor, enchantments, trinkets, shrines, and dyes. Death sends a run back to the beginning, while knowledge from previous attempts and newly acquired gear carry into future adventures. Combat characteristics vary by weapon, including speed, damage, and slam damage. The game supports solo play and shared-screen local co-op with one friend. In the town of Recluse, players can meet characters, learn about enemies, read descriptions of defeated bosses and foes in a bestiary, and uncover world information through equipment descriptions and journal pages.
