Our take on Relayer Advanced
Players may hit a wall in battles when they need to account for Hate, character and job Skills, and Backstab attacks together. A later hurdle is Wormhole Mission, which has a higher difficulty level than Asterism Voyage, even though its balance is adjusted for easy mode.
What is Relayer Advanced?
Relayer Advanced is a simulation RPG about the Starchildren fighting extraterrestrial Relayer forces in a setting themed around stars, robots, and Greek mythology.
Players command Stellar Gear units through tactical stages, using Hate to influence enemy targeting and Skills tied to jobs and characters. Backstab enables pincer attacks, and Big Bang is a special move. The battle-map interface offers a choice between grid squares and luminous lines for displaying movement and attack ranges. A recollection function lets players revisit adventure sections and events linked to Stellar Gear NEXT. After clearing the main game, players can access Wormhole Mission, a five-stage high-level challenge that is harder than Asterism Voyage. Its difficulty balance has been adjusted for easy mode.
