SimulationIs refarm worth it for you?
We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- Players who want a compact island-building game with a roughly 2-hour completion time
- Fans of repetitive clicking and semi-idle progression
- Simulation players interested in planting, harvesting, and gradual map expansion
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a long-form simulation may reach the end of the approximately 2-hour progression quickly
- Players who dislike frequent clicking may bounce off the central interaction loop
- Players looking for complex automation may find the available systems too simple
Our take on refarm
The bounce point arrives when the repeated clicking becomes the main activity. Players expecting a long campaign may also stop at the compact two-hour endpoint, while automation-focused builders may find the helping-hand system too limited once it is unlocked.
What is refarm?
Refarm is a short semi-idle island-building game about recovering farmland from beneath the ocean.
Players restore the island tile by tile, then use each recovered space to plant crops and gather resources. Harvested resources support further expansion, while additional helping hands bring life to the island and introduce basic automation. Progress reveals more of what lies below the surface as the playable area grows. The game takes about 2 hours to complete and relies heavily on clicking throughout its compact progression loop.
How refarm plays
- 01Submerged Tile Recovery
- Restore fertile ground from the ocean as the island expands one piece at a time.
- 02Crop Resource Loop
- Plant and harvest on reclaimed spaces, then use the resulting resources to open additional areas.
- 03Simple Automation
- Recruit helping hands that add basic automated activity to the growing island.
