Our take on Recolit
The likely bounce point arrives when progress depends on treating ordinary favors as puzzle steps. Players expecting immediate danger after the spaceship crash may lose momentum while helping residents with drinks, pigeons, and other small requests before the larger mystery advances.
What is Recolit?
After a spaceship crash, the player reaches a town trapped in permanent darkness.
Its residents continue their ordinary routines beneath a black sky, apparently unconcerned by the unusual conditions. Recolit is a pixel-art puzzle adventure centered on finding lights throughout the town. Progress comes through small interactions with local people: one may need a drink, while another wants to play with a pigeon. Completing these seemingly minor errands moves the story forward. Along the way, the player meets a mysterious girl who says she will wait. The game combines exploration, environmental puzzles, and character interactions within a strange nighttime setting.
