Our take on Rats, Bats, and Bones
The bounce point arrives when each encounter requires route shaping rather than direct attacks. Players who do not enjoy placing barricades, selecting traps, and managing upgrade choices will likely hit the wall during the campaign’s increasingly demanding defenses.
What is Rats, Bats, and Bones?
Rats, Bats, and Bones is a trap-defense strategy game about stopping undead enemies with engineered maze layouts.
Place spikes, spears, cannons, bombs, and turrets in walls and floors, then use barricades to direct enemy movement. The story contains 45 handcrafted levels with multiple difficulty settings, while an endless mode tests how long the defense can continue. Progress grants silver for unlocking additional traps, trap improvements, and special player bonuses. The game includes 24 traps, an upgrade for each trap, 14 selectable bonuses, and more than 26 enemy types. Players travel across the land while confronting monsters, tracing the source of the evil, and attempting to stop it. A synthwave soundtrack accompanies the campaign.
