Our take on Questr
Instead of making combat the main activity, this RPG puts party compatibility and social choices at the center. A swipe-based selection system replaces a conventional roster interface, while morale, spending, and character reactions shape each chosen quest path.
What is Questr?
Questr is a party-management RPG centered on swipe-based character choices.
Randomly generated characters combine more than twenty personality types with six races, six occupations, and three alignments. Some characters get along while others conflict, requiring party management across each chosen story path. Players select from four full 3D maps, including forests, deserts, and icy valleys, with three story paths available on each map for twelve paths overall. More than thirty encounters present different possible responses from party members. Decisions affect group morale, while gold spending and identifying liars add further management choices. The stated objective is to keep the party happy while making a profit.
