Our take on QuaQua
QuaQua shifts tile matching from a conventional puzzle-board setup to a space where a player-controlled duck catches falling pieces. Those pieces become terrain, so the play area changes as the player responds to water, bombs, and rain.
What is QuaQua?
QuaQua is an arcade puzzle game in which a duck moves around an island to catch falling bubbles.
Collected blocks and items can be used to build terrain and keep water on the island, while bombs threaten dams and increasing rain adds pressure. The aim is to score points and survive for as long as possible. Alongside solo play, Head-to-Head Match offers competition and Co-op Mode lets players work together toward a world record. The game includes seven worlds to unlock, 20 possible ducks, and over 100 accessories. Its play combines catching falling pieces, building terrain, and responding to hazards as the difficulty gradually increases.
