qomp2 reimagines Pong as an action-adventure game about a ball escaping between two paddles.
Two buttons control movement: tapping changes direction diagonally by 45 degrees, while holding a button triggers a forward dash. These actions support environmental puzzles involving hazards, switches, traps, and enemy encounters across 30 levels in four worlds. Four bosses guard the ends of those worlds, each requiring different uses of the movement system. Hidden collectibles encourage exploration of the minimalist maps. New mechanics, enemies, and hazards appear as progress continues. Quick respawns return the ball to play shortly after death. The wordless story uses simple effects and gameplay, accompanied by ambient music.
