Our take on Potion Party
The party-game framing gives strong emphasis to group play, but the stated 5-10-hour total makes the overall package relatively compact. Its replay value comes from solo and multiplayer modes, shop upgrades, unlockable items, and character abilities rather than a lengthy campaign.
What is Potion Party?
Potion Party lets one to four people run an alchemy store together from the same room.
Players cultivate strange fruit, merge ingredients into potions, and trade their creations for funds. Money pays for shop furnishings, new tools, and improvements. Eleven playable characters have individual skills that can be enhanced. Story Mode works alone or cooperatively, with stages and additional modes becoming available over time.
Defending the premises from monsters and burglars is part of the challenge. Versus Mode divides players into two competing teams, while Endless Mode tests how long the shop can stay open. More than 20 items can be obtained, including decor that grants passive benefits and equipment that adds skills. The game lasts 5–10 hours and includes repeatable solo and multiplayer play.
