Our take on Perimeter
Players who are comfortable with conventional real-time strategy may hit a wall when terrain itself becomes a construction and destruction tool. The need to manage territory while reshaping the battlefield adds a separate system beyond ordinary unit and base control.
What is Perimeter?
Perimeter is a real-time strategy game in which the Exodus civilization has abandoned a dying Earth and players compete against human or AI opponents for territory and defensive zones.
Terraforming lets players reshape the battlefield by moving across it, constructing structures, and destroying parts of the environment. These mechanics combine territorial conflict with traditional strategy in fast-paced matches. The game presents a detailed science-fiction setting with an original electronic soundtrack. Online functionality was affected by the GameSpy shutdown on May 31, while LAN, DirectIP, and GameRanger remain available for multiplayer play.
How Perimeter plays

- 03Alternate multiplayer methods
