Our take on Peanut
Its defining structure is a 45-level platforming journey where every stage must be finished before the clock runs out, while the surrounding mystery unfolds through Peanut’s encounters.
What is Peanut?
Peanut is a 2D platform adventure about a corgi whose partner is taken by Veronica Vet.
To bring BAE back, Peanut travels through different locations, confronts the villain’s actions, and questions the people and places encountered along the way. The game presents its story through platforming stages rather than conventional puzzle-platforming, with some narrative elements left for interpretation. Progress is divided into 45 levels, and each stage must be completed before its time limit expires. Its presentation draws on classic platform games while combining level-based movement with a mystery involving Peanut, Veronica Vet, the ransom note, and the search for the truth.
How Peanut plays

- 02Interpretive storyline
- Peanut questions the characters and locations encountered, leaving parts of the mystery open to interpretation.
- 03Corgi-led adventure
- The playable character travels across the world to recover BAE and oppose Veronica Vet.
