Our take on Passed Out
Rather than ending when one competitor remains, the battle royale format moves into a second survival phase. The last player standing must then endure a zombie horde, shifting the final challenge from competition against other players to lasting as long as possible against pursuing zombies.
What is Passed Out?
Passed Out combines a battle royale match with a zombie survival round.
Players compete against one another while 2,000 zombies surround them. The first stage ends when one player remains. That survivor then faces the Zombie Horde Mode, where zombies pursue them and the goal is to last as long as possible. The game calculates a score from the numbers of zombies and players killed, and players can aim for a place at the top of the leaderboard. The structure shifts from a contest against both players and zombies to a solo survival phase after the other players have been eliminated.
