Our take on Pacific General
The bounce point arrives when battles require coordination across land, air, and naval forces rather than control of a single unit type. Players who do not want to manage multiple military domains, customise forces, or work through turn-based planning may stop there.
What is Pacific General?
Command Axis or Allied forces across the Eastern and Western Pacific fronts of the Second World War.
The game uses hex-based, turn-based battles involving land, air, and naval units, with campaigns covering historical battles such as Midway and an alternative Japanese victory path. Forces can be customised and upgraded across more than 18 vehicle and infantry classes. Four modes structure play: Campaign, Battle Generator, Scenarios, and Local Multiplayer. Battles can focus on land, air, or naval dominance, requiring planning and coordination across multiple battlefields.
