We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…

- Players seeking a short-form narrative game with searches, choices, and secrets
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking combat, open exploration, or a broad survival sandbox may hit a wall because the story centers on puzzles, choices, and a confined basement setting.
- Players who want one definitive ending may lose interest when progress leads to multiple conclusions and hidden story details.
- Players looking for a management, crafting, or role-playing system may find the focus too narrow.
Our take on Our End of the World
The bounce point arrives when the game confines the central relationship to a basement and makes puzzle solving, scarce supplies, and repeated choices the main route forward. Players seeking combat, broad exploration, or a systems-heavy survival sandbox may stop there rather than continue through the branching story.
