Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking direct combat may hit a wall when survival depends on traps, stealth, and distractions instead

- Players looking for a combat-heavy action game may not find the slingshot-based distraction system sufficient
Our take on Orphans
Players who expect to confront threats directly may bounce off when humanoid creatures must be handled through evasion and slingshot distractions. The rescue structure may also become a sticking point for anyone uninterested in locating imprisoned children and using their individual abilities to progress.
What is Orphans?
Orphans follows Victoria, a girl stranded in a mysterious dystopian city after a sea accident.
The adventure combines stealth, puzzles, traps, and dangerous pursuits as she searches for other orphaned children held captive for unknown purposes. Each rescued child has a distinct ability that contributes to overcoming later challenges. Humanoid creatures chase Victoria through the city, creating escape sequences alongside environmental problem-solving. Victoria can use her slingshot to make distractions and create opportunities to get away. Progress depends on navigating hazards, working with the other children, and combining their abilities while trying to escape the city of animals.
How Orphans plays
- 01Environmental Distractions
- Victoria uses a slingshot to draw pursuing creatures away and open escape opportunities.
- 02Rescue-Based Progression
- Freed orphaned children contribute individual abilities to the challenges ahead.
- 03Stealth And Puzzles
- Advancement combines avoiding threats with solving environmental problems and navigating traps.
