What is Oafmatch?
Oafmatch combines turn-based role-playing combat with match-three gem matching.
Battles use an eight-by-eight board where six gem colors generate mana and support character abilities. A party contains four members selected from 30 classes, each with distinct traits and progression. Weapons shape tactics through damage, board control, mana management, and board-shuffling effects; each weapon has five ability ranks. The campaign runs for over 30 hours and includes varied monsters and light-hearted dialogue. A roguelike dungeon mode changes the experience between runs, while New Game Plus adds shuffled loot and extra classes. Party composition depends on covering the six colors assigned across characters. The game also includes controller support.
