Play it if you…
Good fit- Arcade-action fans who want randomized runs
- Roguelike players who prefer top-down twin-stick combat
- Players interested in dark science-fiction and classic-arcade references
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a fixed campaign may bounce off the procedurally generated level structure.
- Those wanting slow, deliberate combat may hit a wall with the stated intense pace and bullet-time effects.
- Players looking for survival crafting or shelter construction will not find those systems here.
- Fans of rhythm games, runners, or platform-focused action may find the twin-stick format mismatched.
Our take on Nazi Labs
The bounce point arrives when players must repeat procedurally generated runs rather than follow a fixed sequence of levels. Those seeking a slower pace may also hit resistance once combat relies on rapid movement, eight-way navigation, and frequent time-manipulation effects.
What is Nazi Labs?
Escape an underground Nazi laboratory as one of several prisoners of war in this twin-stick, top-down action roguelike.
Each run uses randomly generated levels, random power-ups, and floors built around bizarre experiences. Combat focuses on destroying Nazi enemies while moving in eight directions from a three-quarter perspective. Bullet time, zoom, and slow-motion effects alter the pace during play. Characters can be unlocked, and each playable character has a different ending. The presentation uses arcade-inspired art and sprites, with references to science fiction, comics, classic arcade games, and nerd culture. Its dark setting centers on Nazi secrets and legends, with the stated goal of winning the war and saving humanity.
