Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking combat-focused gameplay may bounce off the exploration and puzzle-centered structure.

- Players looking for a standalone story may not fit the second chapter of a trilogy.
Our take on NAIRI: Rising Tide
The bounce point arrives in the puzzle-dungeons: their size and spatial demands may stop players who want a mostly linear visual novel. The hint system and option to skip these sections reduce that barrier, but they also make the puzzle layer optional rather than central for every playthrough.
What is NAIRI: Rising Tide?
Follow Nairi and her companions through Shirin’s wealthy upper districts as an apocalyptic prophecy threatens the city.
The game combines visual-novel storytelling with point-and-click exploration, item combinations, character recruitment, and large puzzle areas requiring spatial reasoning. A Tool Belt supports crafted solutions, while maps, object highlights, item descriptions, hints, fast travel, and autosave guide progression. Puzzle sections can be skipped for a stronger focus on the story. Coins, hidden concept art, figurines, and lore provide additional collection goals, while base upgrades add a progression layer. This second chapter of the NAIRI trilogy includes more than 140 hand-drawn scenes, dozens of characters, and an original soundtrack.
