- Players who want modern military or science-fiction settings may not find the fantasy premise suitable.
Our take on Mythic Battlegrounds: Demonic Siege
Players who want to direct attacks minute by minute will bounce off at the battle transition, where preparation ends and combat runs automatically. The deeper point of friction comes from managing resources, unit training, positioning, and skills before each wave rather than issuing commands during it.
What is Mythic Battlegrounds: Demonic Siege?
Mythic Battlegrounds: Demonic Siege is a turn-based strategy and defense game built around preparation before automatically resolved battles.
Players manage resources, train units, position forces, choose skills, and decide whether to spend gold or save it for interest. Four races—Humans, Elves, Orcs, and Dwarves—provide different commanders and armies. There are 8 commanders, more than 40 unit types, over 60 enemy types, and 20 bosses. Units gain experience and improve their statistics as they rank up. Quests between battles provide rewards and can affect later decisions. Random enemy appearances, varied skill trees, commander choices, and army compositions create different playthroughs. The campaign follows a journey from Aeshen’s Rest toward a final confrontation with demonic forces.
