Our take on Motordoom
Freestyle sports games often center on tricks and scoring; this one folds monster combat and roguelite card upgrades into that loop. Trick combos contribute to experience, linking the sports-style scoring directly to choices that shape each run.
What is Motordoom?
Ride a pit bike powered by a chainsaw through monster-filled arenas.
Perform flips, grabs, grinds and manuals while battling enemies; combining tricks with kills earns points that count as experience. Once enough experience is gained, select one card from three randomly presented Demonic Offerings. These cards alter a run, and additional cards can be unlocked for future runs. Modes include Career, Single Run, Endless Run and Free Ride, with difficulty settings. The game has 5 arenas, 7 characters, 5 bosses and 35 Demonic Offering cards. Each character has a different weapon and play style. Unlockable bike add-ons allow different builds, while scrap collected during runs can be spent to unlock characters. Bike and rider skins are also available.
