Our take on Mosaic of the Strange
The bounce point arrives at the first enormous interlocking grid: players expecting a compact Minesweeper round must instead manage a much larger puzzle while the investigation unfolds. Anyone who wants the murder mystery without extended logic-solving may stop there.
What is Mosaic of the Strange?
Mosaic of the Strange blends tile-based deduction with point-and-click narrative scenes.
FBI agents Cullen and Brady pursue a strange supernatural homicide as players work through vast networks of connected puzzles. Each clue carries a value from 0 through 9, showing the number of illuminated tiles required in its surrounding area. Finishing a section uncovers information from 144 documented paranormal cases, including cryptids, extraterrestrial sightings, unexplained killings, conspiracies, psychic events, hauntings, and possessions. Conversations with characters develop the investigation, while an original musical score accompanies both the mystery and puzzle play. The game includes many hours of logic challenges and case-solving.
