Our take on Monster Collector
The focus on physical experimentation limits the role of conventional progression and structured objectives. Encounters center on manipulating monsters and testing combat interactions, so the experience gives less emphasis to a defined campaign framework.
What is Monster Collector?
Monster Collector is a physics-based VR melee game set in a sandbox with dragons, demons, and other mythological creatures.
Each monster has a different appearance, body structure, attack, and combat experience. Players can pull smaller monsters, punch them away, grab them while jumping, and use swords to cut through areas such as legs, heads, bodies, and tails. The stabbing system supports attacks against walls, severed body parts, and three monsters together. Some creatures can also be torn apart with bare hands, including by parts such as a long nose. The game combines these physical combat systems with its collection of unique monsters. More monsters are planned for addition.
