What is Millennium Whisper?
Millennium Whisper is set in 1999 at the fictional Escafeld College, where 13 characters have distinct personalities, interests, and behaviours.
Socializing, attending events, forming friendships, and managing relationships shape campus life. Dialogue choices can affect characters’ feelings and relationships, including jealousy and how upset they become. Rumours may circulate around the college, with students spreading positive or negative stories about the player. Free time can be used to build RPG statistics that influence the experience at college. The game uses pixel art for its cast, environments, and interface.
Its conversation system runs locally and uses AI trained exclusively by real actors portraying the characters. The game is entirely offline. A graphics card with at least 6GB of VRAM is required. CPU play requires 16GB of system RAM and is strongly discouraged because it is extremely slow.
