This collection contains the first two METAL GEAR games.
The 1987 original centers on entering enemy territory without being detected and avoiding direct combat, reversing the usual action-game focus on fighting. Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake adds mechanics such as crouching to stay out of sight, making noise to draw enemies, and tracking enemy positions and movements with a radar.
