MEMENTO is an action-horror adventure set on an island reclaimed by nature after a war.
The protagonist is drawn into an alternate world where remnants of the conflict have become living creatures seeking revenge for forgotten memories. With a companion, she must avoid these monsters and find a route back to her own world. The game presents a fully developed script with character-focused scenes and multiple endings. Its visual presentation uses detailed pixel art derived from 3D rendering, while its soundtrack uses the Vienna Symphonic Orchestra virtual instrument. MEMENTO frames its story around sympathy, regret, memory, and the consequences of past choices. It was made with RPG Maker; F12 resets the game, while Alt+Enter switches between windowed and full-screen modes.
