What is MeiQi 2022?
Set in 1990s China, this mystery game follows police detective Liu Qingchun as he investigates a murder in Changzhuang community.
The player visits the crime scene at night, searches for evidence, gathers clues, and works to uncover the truth. Gameplay combines scene exploration, object examination, mechanisms, puzzles, reasoning, and connections between clues. Each case is an independent game that can be played without following a fixed order, while the separate investigations contribute to a continuing story. Locations include homes, guest houses, temples, ancient buildings, public spaces, and transport settings. The developer promises at least 10 free DLC updates for purchasers.
