Our take on Megis Adventure
Its defining structure is the combination of open-world RPG exploration with farm management, animal raising, gathering, crafting, dungeon combat, and character progression on one isolated island.
What is Megis Adventure?
Explore an isolated island in an open-world pixel RPG centered on mysteries, quests, dungeons, and helping local citizens.
Create a character, choose from four classes, develop a 27-option talent tree, and improve levels, professions, and equipment. The world includes farms, greenhouses, animal raising, resource gathering, fishing for over 100 species, crafting, brewing, cooking, and trade. Dungeons contain traps, monsters, and bosses, while reputation with NPCs can unlock items and bonuses. Players can collect artifacts, discover hidden areas, complete hundreds of quests, and unlock pets. The game uses retro pixel art, supports USB controllers with a keyboard required for text input, and is available in 26 languages.

Megis Adventure compared to similar games
Back to the Dawn is an RPG about surviving and escaping a maximum-security prison, with crime and investigation at its center, while Megis Adventure spreads its gameplay across island exploration, farming, crafting, dungeons, and quests. Mr. Prepper focuses on survival crafting, underground shelter construction, and preparation for nuclear war, rather than Megis Adventure's fantasy island setting and class-based character development.
