What is Mangui?
Mangui is a turn-based roguelike set in the dark Mount Mangui, where several disappearances draw a spectral investigator into a world of ghosts and monsters.
Four protagonists follow separate motives: a royal inspector seeks evidence, an apprentice shaman searches for her missing master, a thief pursues three mystical objects, and a mystic enters the netherworld to extend his life. Combat centers on combining skills and collecting equipment, with strategic choices affecting the characters’ journeys. Enemies include named supernatural creatures such as a centipede queen, shadow general, and trickster fox. The Dark Diviner is also playable, using forbidden magic to drain enemy life force and revive the dead.
