Madness Cubed is an online shooter combining competitive matches with cooperative survival play.
Players can fight in free-for-all, team, domination, and survival modes, with multiplayer for up to 16 participants. The game includes more than 100 missions for groups, alongside a separate campaign of 8 episodes and 12 missions involving zombies, mutants, bosses, lost technology, and laboratory survival. Players can construct defenses, dig, place traps, and create maps for survival, assaults, or capture-the-flag matches. The arsenal contains more than 40 guns as well as turrets, tanks, helicopters, aircraft, boats, and other vehicles. Enemies include zombies, robots, and mutants, while time of day and character costumes can change during play.
