Play as Luca, who wakes in a dark room with blood on his hands and is forced by the demon MADiSON to continue a ritual begun decades earlier.
Explore your surroundings, search for objects, collect items, and interact with them while trying to survive supernatural entities. An instant camera connects the human world with the beyond: take photographs, develop them by hand, and use them to uncover information. Puzzles and events change during play, with some events activated randomly. The game combines first-person exploration, puzzle solving, survival, and a horror narrative involving disturbing stories for its characters.
