Rather than treating space exploration as a slow, solitary journey, the game compresses each outing into a five-minute debt-payment scramble. Its cooperative structure also permits sabotage, including throwing crew members toward aliens, making teamwork an unstable part of the play loop.
What is Mad Void?
Mad Void is a cooperative space-survival game for crews of up to eight players.
Players use jetpacks to explore asteroid environments, collect debris with grab-and-throw interactions, and repay a debt to the Galactic Confederation within five-minute missions. The game includes up to 20 levels, including special events, with procedurally generated maps and hazards to avoid. Players can coordinate through proximity voice chat or interfere with crew members by throwing them toward aliens. Supplies earned from successful missions can be spent between missions on equipment such as improved jetpacks, emergency kits, and teleporters. Suit accessories and skins provide cosmetic customization without improving efficiency.
