Our take on Lost with Dinosaurs
Rather than centering action-adventure progression on defeating enemies, the game makes mushroom retrieval the main objective. Combat is temporary and defensive, while potions, hints, crystals, and exit-finding shape the level structure.
What is Lost with Dinosaurs?
Lost with Dinosaurs casts the player as a scientist transported to the age of dinosaurs.
The objective is to gather every mushroom across 8 levels and find a route back to modern times. Dinosaurs can attack and take mushrooms, but temporary shots can knock them down. Red potions increase jump height for 10 seconds, while green potions grant a double jump. Pressing K provides a hint when a mushroom is difficult to locate. After collecting all mushrooms in a level, the player must search for its exit. Three kinds of energy fields block progress, and each requires a matching colored crystal to deactivate.
How Lost with Dinosaurs plays
- 01Mushroom Collection
- Each of the 8 levels requires all mushrooms to be gathered before the exit can be sought.
- 02Dinosaur Threats
- Dinosaurs can attack the scientist and take collected mushrooms, while temporary shooting can knock them down.
- 03Jump Potions
- A red potion raises jump height for 10 seconds, and a green potion enables a second jump.
- 04Crystal Barriers

- 05Mushroom Hints
- The K key reveals a hint when a mushroom is difficult to find.
