Our take on Legends of Wasteland
The broad progression systems trade focus for variety: classes, talents, skills, gems, pets, and gear create many possible builds, but the experience is centered on long-term customization rather than a tightly paced, single-track adventure.
What is Legends of Wasteland?
Legends of Wasteland is an idle RPG built around hero progression and build customization.
Players choose one of six class paths, including three core attributes and three hybrid branches, then advance through promotions and class-specific talent trees. More than 1,700 talent nodes cover statistics and special effects, while over 100 class-independent skills can be combined with support gems that alter their behavior. Combat includes story stages, expeditions, boss encounters, and timed challenges. Auto-battle supports idle progression, while active fights provide another way to test builds. Pets assist during combat and produce offline rewards. Equipment can be upgraded, rerolled, and given additional affixes through the blacksmith.
