What is Kuroinu 2 Redux?
Kuroinu 2 Redux is a visual novel about Derek Rondo, a mercenary commander defending the Nation against an alliance formed by neighboring states it has attacked.
While carrying out his military duties, Derek pursues a separate ambition: removing Empress Ladomira and claiming the throne. The story follows the conflict among the Nation, the Holy Kingdom of Aurelia, the foxfolk, the magician nation of Kimia, the merchant states of Tull, and other powers. Its cast includes soldiers, rulers, spies, priests, merchants, elves, and other figures connected to the war. The story runs for 2+ hours and includes full Japanese voice acting.
