Our take on Keeplanet
The defining constraint is planetary rotation: stopping the world causes its inhabitants to die from heat or cold, so every construction choice supports continued movement.
What is Keeplanet?
Keeplanet is an arcade game about managing a small planet and protecting its inhabitants.
As World Commander, players place trees, mountains, houses, and other objects while expanding the planet and keeping it rotating. If rotation stops, inhabitants die from overheating or freezing. Meteorites, meteor showers, space debris, and aliens create external threats. The game includes a story campaign with characters, bosses, and quests, plus Challenge mode with 15 missions and an Infinite mode. Players can choose from three playable universal systems and capture unique aliens for combat. The planet can be decorated and developed in different ways, with no single stated correct layout.
How Keeplanet plays
- 01Planet development

- 04Three universal systems

Keeplanet compared to similar games
