Kandagawa Jet Girls is a racing game set on Tokyo waterways, where seven teams pilot futuristic jet machines.
Each pair divides responsibilities between a Jetter, who navigates obstacles, and a Shooter, who uses water weapons against opposing teams. Players coordinate maneuvers, trick shots, and shields during races. Story Mode follows the seven two-person teams through separate arcs totaling 64 episodes. Online play includes casual and ranked matches against up to three opponents, while Time Attack records race times for comparison with other players.
Races and challenges unlock hundreds of options for characters and jet machines, including swimsuits, hairstyles, skins, decals, and special effects. Vehicle performance can also be adjusted to suit different driving styles. Ryōna and Ryōbi are playable bonus characters, and eight other shinobi appear as DLC.
