What is Intruders?
Intruders is a survival horror and strategy game set after a kidnapping.
The player wakes in an unfamiliar house with instructions to survive five nights. Exploration reveals a laptop, a limited-power flashlight, hiding places, a basement breaker, and a radio. Activating the breaker leads to further sounds and consequences, while interacting with the laptop eventually reveals a camera system. Cameras and the surrounding environment are used to respond to intruders, while cupboards provide places to hide. The game includes three antagonists with different mechanics, horror events involving the breaker, and challenges. The flashlight can be used while dealing with several intruders, but its power is limited. The scenario develops through exploration, environmental events, surveillance, and attempts to endure each night.
