Each level presents a painting where bees and other bee-related objects must be located by moving around the image, zooming in, and clicking discoveries. Mouse controls are supported, along with keyboard movement and zoom options. Every artwork includes its own music and ambient sound. All levels begin unlocked and offer different difficulty levels, while hints are unlimited. Progress is saved during play across 3 save slots. A small number of found bees can be restored to create another search, or the entire game can be reset for a fresh run. Achievements and completion timers track progress through the paintings.
