Our take on Heroes of Time
Henzo’s smartphone combines an in-game reference menu with music controls. It holds records of monsters, items, and learned abilities, and can also change music during exploration or switch the battle theme.
What is Heroes of Time?
This RPG blends science fiction with fantasy, following future-born teenagers Henzo, Willie, and Lenna in the year 2130.
They set out to stop Aizack, a scientist who uses robots and a time-travel device to alter the past. Their pursuit takes them to a medieval period tied to Gorgos’s rise. Battles are turn-based, and each hero has a distinct Limit ability that builds charge after they are hurt in combat.
Henzo’s phone includes a monster guide, records of collected items, and details of abilities the party has learned. A separate battle mode pits players against 16 different monsters, with rewards growing after each win. Henzo can also take photos at various locations, while the phone lets players choose music during exploration or change the battle soundtrack.
