Our take on Hell Dive
Instead of placing horror in a familiar house, town, or isolated research station, the game makes a submarine and seven linked facilities the central route through its mystery. Environmental dangers such as fire, suffocation, and drowning sit alongside monster attacks, making survival part of the investigation.
What is Hell Dive?
Hell Dive is a first-person horror game following Maritime Operative Daniel, who wakes alone in a submarine beneath an icy ocean.
His assignment is to restore COLONY 1265, a deserted mining and research complex. As systems restart, Daniel discovers clues about the facility’s disturbing history. With guidance from the AI VIRGIL, he travels through seven connected underwater facilities while investigating what happened to the colony. Exploration includes submarine travel, resource gathering, environmental interaction, and mission tasks. Survival hazards include drowning, fire, suffocation, and attacks by monsters or unidentified lifeforms. The game combines investigation of an abandoned setting with navigation through dangerous deep-sea environments.
