Our take on Golf for Workgroups
Rather than sticking to traditional stroke scoring, the game adds speed races and team formats, including team skins. Rocket-equipped carts also give its golf simulation an unusual vehicle element.
What is Golf for Workgroups?
Golf for Workgroups is a golf simulation with courses, balls, players, carts, and a swing mechanic.
Up to four players can play online across nine holes. Modes include stroke play, skins, speed, team skins, and team speed. Stroke play scores each player by strokes; skins awards points per hole, with tied holes carrying over. In speed modes, players or teams race to get the ball into the hole. Team skins uses the better of the teammates’ shots as the starting point for the next shot. Players control a freely roaming golfer and caddy with keyboard and mouse. Carts can use rockets, and the game includes voice and text chat.
