Our take on Golden Rails: World’s Fair
The store presentation emphasizes the world’s fair and Wild West adventure, while the core structure is a sequence of 60 timed management levels. Bandit encounters are limited to five minigame stages, so they do not define the whole campaign.
What is Golden Rails: World’s Fair?
Golden Rails: World’s Fair is a timed strategy game set in the Wild West.
Across 60 levels, players repair damaged tracks, build rail lines, establish land and water trade routes, put out fires, restore settlements, and prepare a world’s fair. Bandits interfere with the construction work, including in five minigame levels focused on defending against them. Progress awards stars that can be spent on upgrades, while perks can be collected during play to change the exhibition. The game also includes animated 2D cutscenes, achievements, downloadable soundtracks, and desktop wallpapers. Jack and Jill return as the main characters for this continuation of the series.
