Rather than following a fixed horror campaign, Gluaa lets players select missions by difficulty and readiness, customize equipment, and decide when to end an investigation. Its case-solving structure combines exploration with the option to withdraw according to the group’s ability to continue.
What is Gluua?
Gluua is a first-person horror game for 1–4 players.
Players act as spirit liberators and investigate strange events across different locations, each with its own stories and missions. Missions can be selected according to their difficulty and the group’s readiness. During each investigation, supernatural threats may chase, harass, and injure the players, requiring them to find ways to survive. The objectives include solving cases and defeating evil in the area. Equipment can be customized to suit individual preferences and playstyles, while players can check their preparation and that of their companions before starting. Exploration and mission choice are flexible: players decide how much to attempt and can end a mission according to their ability.
