What is Future Mirror?
Future Mirror is a coming-of-age fantasy visual novel about Itsuki and Akane, two high school sophomores who perform a spell intended to reveal their lives ten years ahead.
Itsuki dreams of a burning future where she is handcuffed to a stranger, and Akane tells her that she will be dead in ten years. Itsuki investigates by traveling between the present and future in her dreams. The game combines visual novel storytelling with player-controlled exploration, and player actions lead to four endings: one happy ending and three bad endings. The story features Itsuki, Akane, Mutsumi, Iori, Nao, and Minako. A playthrough takes around 2 hours.
