Fur and Fables combines bullet hell combat with party management and roguelike progression.
Players assemble animal adventurers, recruit additional heroes, and adjust party composition around different synergies. Eight character classes provide distinct attacks and spells, including defensive Fighters, single-target Rogues, and fireball-casting Pyromancers. Elemental damage types such as electricity, freezing, and poison add different ways to control enemies. Runs take place across ten stages against endless monster hordes. The game includes about a dozen meta upgrades, weapon evolutions, and skills, with most upgrades remaining on characters between levels. Its presentation pairs playful animal art with dark humor. The game is available in early access, with the developer inviting feedback and suggestions for future additions.
