Our take on Full Bore
Its defining structure is an open underground world with more than 150 areas and no single intended route, making block behavior and environmental discovery the basis for progression.
What is Full Bore?
Full Bore is an open-world puzzle adventure set beneath the surface in mines, ruins, scrapyards, lava tubes, lakes, and laboratories.
Playing as either Frederick or Hildi, the boar protagonist digs through interconnected areas while discovering how surrounding blocks behave. Exploration and puzzle-solving take priority over combat, with no single route through the world. More than 150 areas contain secrets and environmental details that gradually reveal the history of a transformed world. The game uses old-school pixel art with a lighting system for atmospheric environments, accompanied by an original blues and glitch soundtrack. Progress depends on curiosity and experimentation rather than a fixed sequence of objectives, allowing exploration at an individual pace.
