What is Formula Racing Manager?
Formula Racing Manager is a motorsport management simulation built around running one of ten teams in a changing competition.
Each season involves selecting suppliers, finding sponsors, developing the car, managing finances, and choosing staff and drivers. Drivers and staff improve their skills over time and eventually retire, with new talent entering the pool. Race management takes place before and during the weekend through planning, priorities, and risk settings rather than direct control of cars. Race outcomes are calculated in the background, with no modeled on-track simulation. An in-game editor allows changes to teams, drivers, sponsors, suppliers, and other elements, with customized content uploadable to the workshop.
