Our take on fishTDX
The large roster of towers, affixes, plots, and artifacts creates room for experimentation, but that breadth also makes the game less suited to players seeking a tightly bounded defensive system with few variables.
What is fishTDX?
Build defenses against successive fish attacks by purchasing towers and discovering islands.
The game offers over 80 towers, with additional towers and combinations unlocked through packs as rounds progress. Tower affixes modify their strength, while plots provide distinct effects and artifacts add further enhancements. Each wave can reveal new plot types, artifacts, enemies, and elite enemies. Different difficulties, secret synergies, and special content add variation to the defensive setup. The game currently includes 5+ packs, each introducing its own towers and combinations. New content is planned in future updates, according to the vendor.

fishTDX compared to similar games
Creeper World 4 centers on containing a fluid enemy across 3D terrain while building an economic base with energy and mined wares. fishTDX instead focuses on tower purchases, unlockable packs, affixes, plots, and artifacts across fish waves. Both involve defending against advancing enemies, but their supporting systems differ.
