What is Find Yourself?
Find Yourself is a first-person psychological horror game structured as a walking simulator.
The protagonist lives with post-traumatic stress linked to a childhood event and can leave his body to enter an astral world. After a combination of circumstances brings him into the subway, he explores train cars and encounters the phobias he developed as a child. Movement between locations reveals memories of his childhood, while sounds from the other side of the alternate reality are part of the experience. Exploration proceeds slowly, with hidden secrets to find. The stated average completion time is 60 minutes. The game includes flashing images that may trigger epileptic seizures in some people, including those who have not previously experienced them.
