Our take on Feudalism
Its broad dynasty and realm-management focus gives up immediate battlefield control: multiplayer turns are exchanged through save files, and units move simultaneously during the host’s turn.
What is Feudalism?
Feudalism is a turn-based strategy game covering seven centuries of European history, from 800 A.
D. to 1492 A. D. Players develop a family dynasty through trade, colonization, conquest, tactical assassinations, and arranged marriages. Population growth, farming, weather, woodland management, science, technology, production, and rebellion shape the campaign. Multiplayer uses exchanged save files: each player completes a turn, returns the resulting file, and the host processes the next round. The game can be played asynchronously, with AI taking over when a player misses a turn. During the host’s turn, all units move simultaneously with those of the opposing side.

Feudalism compared to similar games

Men of War: Assault Squad focuses on large-scale World War II strategy and direct control of individual units in combat. Xenonauts instead places players in charge of a multinational military organization defending Earth from alien invasion with small squads and turn-based operations.
